Videographer & Editor

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. You will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content for various purposes, including marketing, social media, events, and internal communications. You will work closely with the media team to conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit videos that align with the company’s brand and messaging.

Responsibilities:

Video Production:
* Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, and event coverage.
* Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to ensure high-quality footage and sound.
* Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and techniques.

Pre-production:
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
* Plan and organize logistics for video shoots, including locations, equipment, and talent.
* Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Post-production:
* Edit and enhance video footage using video editing software.
* Add graphics, special effects, and other elements to enhance the overall quality of the video.
* Ensure that the final product meets brand guidelines and standards.

Collaboration:
* Work closely with all teams to align video content with overall brand strategies

Equipment Maintenance:
* Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
* Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and propose solutions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Skills:
* Excellent videography and cinematography skills.
* Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and sound.
* Creativity and ability to bring ideas to life visually.
* Time management and organizational skills.

Communication:
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to take and provide constructive feedback.

Adaptability:
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: PORTFOLIO is required. You will have to show your work and skills.

* Portfolio Submission: Applicants are required to submit a portfolio or demo reel showcasing their previous videography work.

NB: The candidate should also be ready to work Mondays to Saturdays and must reside in or around Ajah and its environs.

REMUNERATION:
N150,000 monthly

MODE: FULL-TIME, ONSITE
